We chose Michael as he is very personable and was willing to put in the work to help us get our home ready to put on the market and to get sold. Michael was very transparent during the selling process and diligent with updates. Considering we lived afar from the property, Michael went above and beyond to coordinate services to get the house on the market when we were not able to be there. Being the first house we have sold, he was able to walk us through each step and what that involved.
