Sale of 238 Annandale Street Annandale. May 2021.

We first met Michael Montano 10 or 12 years ago when looking to buy a house in Annandale. From the buyer's perspective, Michael was always friendly and informative, with the right amount of "push". As it turned out, we didn't buy from Michael, but did remember him as a good person and a good Agent. As such, in early 2021, when planning to sell our property Michael was one of the first Agents we spoke to. We also spoke with another Agent or two, to assess our options, but in the end decided on Michael and we are glad we did. Which brings us to the Sale. Michael's friendly and approachable manner meant that there was no friction with the tenants when it came to opens (both scheduled and impromptu), as well as the other intrusions on their privacy for photographs, walk throughs for other staff and so on. During the Sale Campaign, Michael was always there for us to talk with and provided good feedback - written and verbal - from each inspection. In the end, we sold prior to auction, with Michael negotiating a price that was at the top end of our expectations and going beyond normal duty to deliver the signed contract late on the Friday night. Well done Michael. We recommend him to you all. Paul and Diana.
