As first time vendors, we consulted Rate My Agent to select the best agent in the area which led us to David. All of his qualities referenced in the reviews were absolutely true. He provided sound advice, kept us updated, responded to every call/text/email in a timely manner. David was professional, knowledgeable, positive, aims high and sets realistic goals at the same time. Having worked in real estate industry ourselves, and being aware of the stereotypes of fluffy tactics and BS, it certainly was refreshing to have honest discussions with David without the real estate slime.
