Straight shooting, knowledgeable in the area

He himself has lived in the area for a long time and obviously very knowledgeable in the area. Straight talking and no big sales pitch or pushy at all. The vendor obviously pays his bills but honestly felt David was doing his best for all of us to get a good outcome at the end. Settlement still outstanding so let's see how the rest goes.
