David sold our house off-market in a couple of hours!
We met with David on a Thursday afternoon, signed a contract with him on the Sunday, did real estate photos on the Tuesday morning, and David brought some buyers through on Tuesday afternoon who bought our house for a price and terms that we were really happy with.
