I decided to sell my property after much thought. I had agents from 3 different agencies come to my property, and I immediately knew David was the agent for me. David is professional, well-researched and doesn't have that "used car salesperson" approach. I was very comfortable in dealing with David which allowed our conversations to be completely transparent and honest. His initial evaluation was spot on to the price the property was sold at and he even negotiated a long settlement which I thought was impossible to achieve. David was in constant contact with me which made me very very comfortable in knowing he was working hard to sell my property for the absolute best result.
