David has been instrumental in working above and beyond for me and my family needs in regards to the property I recently purchased in Avondale Heights. More importantly, it is always refreshing to find someone who is genuine, respectful, positive and upbeat with a good sense of humour. Absolutely a pleasure to have/know someone who gets the job done – Having gone through various inspections/auctions and with improper advertised $$ with an extremely low price range guide by various real estate agents and the sell result much higher, in excess of approx. ~30%-40%… I was totally exhausted and frustrated with the practice and those calculative agents. David’s knowledge about Avondale Heights and in & around Avondale’s vicinity is priceless. Whilst some agents are busy making vague assurances to their clients, David is busy in getting the right/realist results for his clients – No wonder, he is breaking/smashing all records in Avondale Heights (That’s the bottom line)… and with utmost humility/confidence – By far the Best agent I have dealt with. I felt very comfortable dealing with David due to his respectful/humble approach for my needs which allowed our conversations to be transparent. Buying or Selling properties is a very personal and/or family thing and I strongly believe that this requires very precise/clear communications and fair dealings in courteous manner… We got the results due to his willingness to go extra mile for either parties, precise commitment and drive always a step ahead with positive aptitude. David is very intelligent, passionate, his guidance second to none, very diligent and a go-getter. Absolute genuine/great professional and what a human being, arguably the best in his field in Moonee valley. “Once David make a commitment to his client, then he don’t even listen to himself” – He found one property for me and hopefully, second one is not far away.
