We were very impressed by your professional excellence, diligence, enthusiasm and price range meeting our and the market expectations. There was never any pressure on us to accept any lower quotation than the price range we agreed upon at the start. We were also pleasantly surprised there were no advertising or selling fees required by unless the property was sold. David took all the risks in regards to cost of advertising and selling. This was in stark contrast to other agents that required up- front payments regardless whether they sold the property or not. And they charged twice the amount. Both David and Andrew were committed to match our property with the needs of the buyers so we only had people who were interested in this type of property. We both this property from Mooney Valley Real Estate Agents years ago and the service was just as good.
