Exceptional sales performance $75k+ over reserve.

We placed a great deal of trust in David’s expertise and allowed him to run our campaign as he saw fit. This approach was, in many respects, counterintuitive to how we initially intended to manage it, particularly regarding pricing strategy. However, our trust in his judgment was quickly rewarded at the first open house, where we had over 20 attendees. This strong level of interest remained consistent throughout the campaign and was reflected at auction, where five bidders competed to secure the property.
