Initially we meet with three local agents all of whom indicated that they were the leading local agent in the area. David was not one of them. Two of these agents never contacted us again to follow up and the other agent promised a lot. We made the mistake of engaging this agent. Our initial first open for inspections attracted a lot of attention with requests for copies of the contract of sale for review. Documents were never sent. We had second inspections where the listing agent sent a new trainee with no experience or knowledge of our home. We personally informed perspective buyers of the inclusions and features of our home.
