NO BULL, HONEST-TO-GOD, GENUINE REAL ESTATE AGENT

After months of house hunting, I had become allergic to realtors. The slimy handshakes, the bluster and overconfidence... David was a breath of fresh air. The house was accurately described and pictured on the website. He spoke frankly about the vendor's expectations, and because of his honesty, we were able to use this to successfully negotiate a sale price with minimal stress. After all the horror of auctions and having a screaming baby in the car for hours every Saturday morning while going to house inspections to find that the photos had been dishonestly tampered with by aforementioned slimebags, now we can get on with enjoying our new house and our lives.
