Selling made easy!

I first met David 20 years ago when I thought of selling this home, and he was so supportive and nonjudgmental when I withdraw the house from the market, and so it was a given that he would be the only agent that I wanted for this sale! I reconnected recently when he was the selling agent for a new build next door, and he was still as open and honest as I remembered. When using David as my chosen agent, I told him that I didn’t want to be hassled about little issues- he was the professional and I 100% trusted him to have my interests at heart. He advised me on how to best present the house for photos and inspections. I had the first open on Thursday night, an offer was made but I needed time to think and discuss things with my family.
