Above Standard

Our family are greatly relieved to purchase a new home at 54 Doyle St., Avondale Heights. This was always going to be a difficult process for us as we had not planned to be in the market for such a situation. We have had a great deal of help from the Real Estate Agent called David & have enjoyed some lovely interactions with him. David the agent has helped our family greatly throughout this difficult process. He has shown us warmth & kindness. Displaying a genuine interest in assisting us to have the best possible outcome. David is an authentic person & we found him very honest. He made himself available for us when we were muddled & took us through the house answering all of our questions. He understood our need for safety & for privacy. Highlighting all of the features of the house that benefit us. Our daughter was able to feel confident in his professional advice & gentle demeanour. With his help she is moving forward as are all in our family. The wise counsel of David about the Auction process ensured our confidence to engage with this & our bid was successful. We could not have achieved all of our goals had we had a poor relationship with our Agent. David did not rush us & understood a family process for purchasing Real Estate. We are European people & have a collective mentality. Our entire family was involved in securing a new home & David interacted with a number of us. Some people may not have felt comfortable in dealing with several members of a family & paying them equal attention. From the start he realised he was dealing with a unique situation & did not rush us. Guiding us gently to achieve our best outcome. We feel so happy & secure now that we have this home in our possession. Thank you to all staff that contributed & made this possible. David always answered the phone when I contacted him or returned my calls in a timely fashion. He opened the house for inspection when it suited my sister in law & worked with her to reassure her.
