•I’m not even sure where to start in reviewing David. What an incredible experience we had with him from the first open to the follow-up phone call post-auction to share the celebration. Life experience teaches us not to trust Real Estate Agents and we absolutely do put our walls up but there was just something about David that led us to trust him, and trust him we did. The property was brilliantly campaigned. David kept us “in the loop” all the way through and was a fantastic conduit between buyer and vendor. The advice we were given prior to auction was without a doubt what secured the property for us after what could only be called “quite extraordinary circumstances” David has incredible market knowledge and it wasn’t only the house but he sold us the area as well as a package. So much so he made us feel wanted in the area as an area he lives in himself. We met David at the first open but he and his family will be sharing beers and snags at many BBQs with us in the future.
