'SIMPLY THE BEST'

I cannot speak highly enough of David Gigliotti. When David initially came to look at my home he amazed me, as he inmediately saw potential on how it could be improved before selling. The home he came to see and the one that went on the market were, thanks to David, so different! David advised me on where I could add value by making some small changes and which areas to leave etc. David could not have possibly done any more to help, it was just over and above on what an Agent is expected to do. David's advice, for which I am so grateful was like having an Andrew Winter, Shaynna and Charlie rolled into one! It added so much to the sale value. I found David as an Agent extremely hard working, committed, proactive, honest and trustworthy. I asked David if he personally would do all the open houses and yes true to his word he did! As a person I found David just an absolute joy to have around on open days or private viewing, he brings a wonderful energy into your home and has a great sense of humour too. Selling our home with David was simply the best experience.
