It was really easy to deal with Marie Dowie. The property valuation and appraisal were really accurate to the current market conditions. Being a seller from a different state I found it really easy to communicate with Marie. Her responses were timely, appropriate and to the point. It was a really easy process, her recommendation of other services required to complete the sale were appreciated and it was good that she did have interested buyers reducing the time the property was on the market.
