Marilyn visited 1 Kenmare St in 2012 and 2013 inquiring about its availability for sale, so when she visited again in 2014, my sister remembered her. My sister was impressed with Marilyn’s willingness to put in the yards in seeking property sales, and her genuine warmth and smile lead to an invite to chat about the local real estate market with my father whom she impressed with her knowledge. Our father passed away, and when we needed to have the property valued for probate purposes in 2015, we called Marilyn who capably assisted us with a valuation. We decided to sell the property in 2016 and with no experience whatsoever in selling a property, my sister and I appreciated the experience, knowledge, guidance and advice provided by Marilyn.
