Rice House (originally designed and constructed for Harrie and Lorna Rice) was designed by noted, innovative architect Kevin Borland, who utilised a sophisticated, yet rarely used method of construction to achieve a unique home, which is testament to both his skill and the vision of the original owners back in 1951.
