Not a great start

Moving into a brand new townhouse in the winter with an 18 month old child and paying over $2,500 a month rent, one would expect the central heating to work... These things aren’t tested before a property is leased? And then being told we would receive a call which still hasn’t happened... So as a whole, not really impressed to be honest.. Cheers, Justin
