I approached several different agents before selling my property. Not only was Jamie the most prompt responder, she also asked insightful questions, and demonstrated a sound knowledge of the market conditions. Although not the absolute cheapest option, she more than made up for it by obtaining a significantly better price than I expected (higher than the price very similar properties had sold for recently), with a short and well run campaign. The property was leased at the time, yet Jamie navigated this very professionally, and in a way that facilitated the purchaser's plans as well as providing the tenant with flexibility. I was in good hands throughout the entire selling process - Jamie made what otherwise might have been stressful and difficult, feel easy and straightforward.
