He kept me updated on progress as the sales campaign ran, and while the auction didn't achieve a sale, he secured one very soon afterwards. Integrity is very important to me, and Ian has this without question, he gives you an honest opinion, and I trust his judgement 100%. His knowledge of the Pyrmont is second to none and he is well none in the area - all adding to his ability to support both buyers and sellers. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough.
