Unhappy experience with Mountview

5 stars from the beginning 1st: After finished auction, been rushed to do bank transfer by Asadi. -1 star 2nd: Final inspection before settlement, the girl who came to help me open the door was on the phone the whole time. Didn’t give me much help !!! -1 star 3rd: Had to go to pick up keys after settlement instead of coming to give me keys or at least us express post. -1 star 4th: Help me to deal with previous owner to clean up the house before settlement. +1 star. 5th: After settlement, only back door keys are working. No front door keys for new owner. Can not deal with the previous owner. - 1 star
