Knowledgeable of the local area

Tegan was great to deal with, was always easy to reach (even when she was on holiday) and kept us posted with new properties on the market. Once we decided on a property Tegan helped us through the process. The only downside which is actually aimed more at Tegan's colleagues was on the day of the auction I feel I was given some mis-direction about the house what I am a little annoyed about.

Tegan recommended a 4 week campaign and to auction which I was a bit reluctant, however we where glad we listened to her advice . This Turned out to be a stroke of genius it was a slick campaign and Tegan kept us updated constantly. Her expertise and negotiating skills were outstanding! The best we have ever seen by an agent. And we have dealt with many agents over the last 30 years.We have never seen someone work so had leading up to ,during and especially after the auction. Property was passed in and within hours Tegan had negotiated a sale under auction conditions at the price we had indicated to her. It was amazing result thanks again Tegan
