Sarah Morgan has been managing our property since September 2022. She has proven a reliable agent - always on top of property inspections and requirements - managing contractors for maintenance in a timely manner. She has been happy to pursue alternative contractors when requested. She keeps in communication with tenants ensuring small issues don't become larger costlier problems later on. She has been a great source of information on rental status for the area where our property is located and actively advises of any changes we should take to improve property income. She does all this in a very cordial fashion - taking stress out of having a rental property.
