Ryhannon is always very professional, thorough, and proactive regarding all the advice she provides for prospective tenants, locality based current market trends regarding rent, preventative maintenance, renewal of leases, whether proposed works are value for money (likely to have sustainable positive impact), in fact all aspects of property management. It’s really comforting to have someone as professional and empathetic to both parties managing my property. I say this because I believe she’s currently renting, so she sees it from both sides of the coin in terms of the tenant and the landlord.
