Kristen has been working with me for a period of 4 months, when she took on our rental property, from a previous agent. We have been through the departure of previous tenants, after an 11 year term, a complete renovation with a mix of trades, coming and going, sourcing new appropriate tenants and settling them in, to a few ongoing maintenance issues that are still in Kristen's capable hands. Kristen has always returned phone calls, responded to emails, turned up as scheduled, and works tirelessly for her landlords, tenants and the MPM Property Group.
