High Quality Service

MPM have consistently delivered a premium service for us as property owners. Communication is frequent, timely and reliable on every occasion. The Portfolio Managers are competent and regularly make suggestions about how to control the property, conduct any maintenance and to negotiate matters with tenants. They have reviewed the rent regularly and kept the interest of the tenants in view, because they understand the tenants must feel looked after also. We regularly receive letters from agents offering cheap rental management rates and free periods. The letters go straight in the bin! We highly recommend MPM.

Fantastic Agency

We were tenants with MPM Property for almost 3 years and nothing was ever a drama. Jessica Robertson was always very efficient with any of our needs and has great knowledge of her role. She definitely has great customer service. We unfortunately have relocated but i can say I will highly recommend the Agency.
