Bought a property for a client via Jesse

Recently purchased an investment property for a client off market via Jesse and his team at their Wallsend office ( as I am a local buyers agent ). It was a 1000m2 property perfect for my client to consider a subdivision and a granny flat behind the existing house. Communication was timely and transparent. Jesse has been in the industry for a long time now and I have previously dealt with him a few times now as a buyers agent purchasing. He was fair and pleasant to deal with and his property management department also very prompt and showed good follow up.
