Confused ! Was he the owner or builder

I wasnt even sure who was paying for the build. I dint have to worry about any thing. Shakti did all, with all, above all. Shakti built my property as if it was his own. From buying a land, to building a house and then renting it. Extra inclusion, last minute upgrades and what else I dont even know. He did his all to make it liveable for us if we ever need to stay there even it was build for an investment property. Trust was the key.
