A very dedicated and professional real estate agent

I met Jack through a mutual friend. After we got to know each other, we talked about this friend. Jack said he wasn't familiar with this person. Later, when I asked about this friend, he said he wasn't really familiar with him either, but he saw Jack handling house sales through a mutual friend and felt that Jack was very professional and dedicated. So he recommended me without any commercial interests. Jack's agency is quite far from my house, but he is very dedicated. He made several visits and arranged the handover with the previous real estate agency. After officially listing the property online, due to the thorough and perfect preparation of various documents, there were quite a few people coming to view the property. Jack patiently received each guest, fairly balancing the interests of all parties. For the final transaction, Jack also gave me pertinent advice, so we quickly reached a contract. I was in China and didn't meet the buyer in person. Jack told me that the buyer was an elderly Chinese lady. The buyer had many detailed concerns and raised many small requests. Jack patiently helped me with suggestions and communicated with the buyer, ultimately completing the entire transaction process. Jack's dedication and professionalism are admirable. He is a respected real estate agent
