We have dealt with Murray at a number of occasions, and we found he consistently makes a deal easy to complete. In a very competing market, he still finds ways allowing buyer to complete due diligence such building inspection and contract review before committing a holding deposit - I find he acts best for both buyer and seller to ensure a highest possible price obtained but with satisfaction from all parties. He also influences positively in negotiating about the cooling off period and alternative settlement period. All these contributed to a deal completed successful.
