Want a good agent! Murray Kennedy real estate!

Wow what a difference a good real estate agent can make! I spent 12 weeks with another real estate agency for no sale. After thorough research and speaking to several other agents I selected Murray Kennedy. I am so pleased that I did this. I couldn't recommend their team more highly. The photos and marketing were fantastic and my house sold the first week it went on the market. Murray was excellent with his negotiations between both parties and the sale price achieved was $40,000 higher than any offer the previous agents were able to achieve. During the process I extended the coolong off period several times to allow the purchasers to fulfill the banks requirements. This was a stressful period for me but throughout Murray liaised between both parties and kept me informed of what was happening, making suggestions and supporting my decisions. To anyone trying to choose an agent I would look no further than Murray and his team. They were fantastic! Murray is down to earth, honest with his appraisal and suggestions and efficient in all that he does, He is also willing to lend you a hand if you need anything done. I have recommended him to all my friends and will definitely use them again to buy or sell.
