Sold before market!!

Esther contacted us regarding 15 Camilllo street before it went to market. My husband and I where on the hunt for an investment property, the market was full of buyers and fast. The day she emailed us she met us at the property that night! The next morning we called and said we would like to put and offer on the house. The next day the owners accepted. She was extremely professional and so helpful for what was a huge moment in our lives!! She was aware of the fact Covid 19 is still around and social distanced! She made the whole process easy and very quick. Even before settlement she was able to meet is there so we could decide what needed to be renovated and so we could book trades in so they could start the day we got the keys. This allowed us to renovate in 2 weeks and have tenants move in shortly after that! If we need and agent again we will definitely be calling Esther! Lauren and Jerry

Excellent Honest Salesperson

I was extremely happy with Esther as she achieved the sale price we wanted for my mother's home without having to go to market. She was very proactive without being pushy, she told me she had a few interested buyers and true to her word she did. I did notice through the whole process she was also very attentive and available to the buyers. They requested access (with my permission) to take measurements on a few occasions and she was always available to them as well. Esther has a very pleasant and professional manner and I would highly recommend her to any potential Real Estate seller or buyer.
