Peter secured a good sell price on my property in a short amount of time. The process was smooth and professionally handled, with a healthy stream of communication from start to finish of the sale. My only negative experience was the final inspection where every nook and cranny of the house was checked, despite the buyers having little interest. There is always bound to be minor issues that should avoided if possible. Fortunately, my old man was available to attend the inspection to avoid any unnecessary drama (and cost implications). Some room for improvement here as the sellers interest should be prioritised. Notwithstanding, overall it was a good job.
