Professional and supportive

High Quality Service from beginning to end. We met Sarah as soon as we walked into the door of a home that was open to another property in our area. We wanted to interview the local real estate agents to see how they made us "the buyers" feel when we walked in. Friendly, personable service was provided by Sarah, who also provided direction and answered all of our queries. It was because of this interaction, a couple of months later, we contacted the agency, and Sarah came out to our home, where she was not phased by our large German shepherd who met her out the front; Sarah came into our home initially for an appraisal on our very cluttered home at the time. Sarah gave us tips on how to present the property and was very easy to talk with. When we signed up to sell the property, all of the dealings with Sarah were great. When we needed tradesman assistance, Sarah was there to let them in. Sarah would then lock up the property where we felt very safe and secure knowing she was watching over our home. We had 70 groups of people in our first home open, where Sarah met each and everyone, taking all of their details, and she was not phased by the volume of people coming through and asking questions. Sarah went above and beyond, staying later than expected, showing other families through our home, out of hours, and nothing was too much trouble. The whole transaction was seamless due to Sarah's involvement, and we are very appreciative of the whole process. Sarah was working late with clients, writing up multiple offers, which took time and made it look easy. We highly recommend Sarah if you are selling your home, as you will be in very safe hands.

High Quality Service from beginning to end

Exceptional, friendly, and personable service made the real estate transaction smooth. We met Leigh when we went through a home open of another property in our area. We had a brief discussion at the time and left. A couple of months later, we gave Leigh a cold call and he knew exactly who he was speaking with and the details of our conversation. He provided a lot of local knowledge and information about our own home and land that we didn't even know ourselves. That is a sign of a great agent. All aspects of Leigh's communication was excellent. We were signed up, had the home open and had multiple offers above the asking price on the table within two weeks. The process was well explained and user-friendly, and Leigh always went the extra mile. When the buyer requested electricians and building inspections, and we were not home, Leigh assisted with the process.
