Transparent, honest, professional and reliable

The team at MVP had been managing my rental for several years and I was happy with their service so it was easy for me to choose MVP to represent my house when it came time to selling it. Whilst I had not worked closely with Leigh during the rental period, I worked closely with Leigh and Sarah over a few months to get the house ready for sale. In my dealings with Leigh, I found him to be very responsive (even outside of business hours!), transparent with his communications, and his communications about the "sellability" of my house, and knowledgeable about the market at the time of sale. Leigh (and his team) also went out of his way to drop by my house in his own time, several times, to fix things at the house (e.g. remove attachments from walls, purchase and change light globes, and more) which took some stress away from the selling process for me. The team also ordered things that were needed for the house which was very helpful. All up, Leigh (and the team) had been professional, communicative, reliable and generous with the selling process, and I would be happy to approach them again in the future.
