Secured a sale at a good price in a very challenging market

In summary, Jack helped us get our house on the market fast, and navigated very challenging market conditions to secure a favourable sales price. He genuinely worked hard and had our best interests at heart. Not much else you can ask for in a sales agent. We entered the market at a challenging time, just after the spring rush and over summer including the Xmas break. Time was of the essence and Jack was great at managing everything (including us) to get the house on the market. He had contacts which enabled us to get our house sparkling and ready for sale within 2 weeks. Extremely knowledgeable about the process and great at providing advice at every turn in regards to managing our expenses, maximising exposure, focussing in on target customers and handling multiple offers. He was enthusiastic at chasing down leads and leaving no stone unturned, which is exactly what you want in an agent. There were unforeseen complications which made this not the most straightforward sale. Eg damage during settlement caused by neighbouring construction of neighbouring development. But he was able to help us through this as well. Jack definitely worked hard for his commission on this one! Thanks a lot Jack
