Once again (third time round) Adriano made the sale of our property easy as. He managed the clean up within the budget. Liaised with our buyers for a better price than we originally thought which covered the re-carpeting and repairs as required so the new owner didn't need to do a thing. We have always found Adriano and his staff to be very professional. All legalities were sorted and the transaction was basically stress free.
