Excellent esp. if you need some repairs/renovations before selling

This is the second time Adriano and Sam have sold a small central city apartment for me. In both cases the previous rental managers had let the places go a long time since they had been painted etc. so the apartments needed some refreshing. Sam, who works with Adriano to do all sorts of repairs or renovations before selling, did a great job both times - getting the painting, laying new floors and more done quickly, despite various difficulties that arose. Sam also took responsibility to check in with me when he thought the flooring or bench tops that we had originally discussed wouldn't look as good in place as a similar alternative - we then agreed he'd get the versions he thought would be better and, in terms of the final result, he was absolutely right. Adriano ended up selling both apartments for slightly higher prices than initially expected, and within about 3 weeks of listing, which were good results for such small places in the prevailing pandemic situation. Adriano can also arrange for conveyancing to be done. So if you want someone else to take all the stress off your hands and get a good sale, I'd recommend the dynamic duo of Adriano and Sam! The fees/sales percentages are very high compared to where I live in the countryside, but do seem to be on a par for other inner city agents, which seems fair enough... and it certainly saved me the hassles of having to do long trips back and forth to the city to organise to get renovations done myself. So it was definitely worth it for me.
