•Customer service in responding to emails, SMS or calls need to be improved and more effective. As a client, I felt like that the agency does not have interest in managing my property. The automatic email respond is not useful at all. I am OK if it is the way to say that I have got your email. However, someone still needs to respond to the email answering the specific query. In this last few months (Nov-Feb), the quality of service has been dropped. I have had a good service prior to this. I am hoping the service will be improved as I still would like to continue. Sandy Morris is very good in responding to phone calls/text. The rest of the staff needs to follow her example.
