Sale of 3 Wardell Place, Kambah ACT.

Sandy Morris acted as my agent in the sale of my late brothers' home. I was the administrator of my brothers estate, and live in Victoria. I searched the internet to locate an agent in the area, and the resume of Sandy Morris resulted in me engaging her. My brother was single and was a hoarder. The house was full of all sorts of items including gym equipment which had been accumulated over the last 20 years. It did not appear to have been kept in a very good state of repair. Sandy Morris was excellent and very professional in her dealing with the situation. She arranged for skips to be provided for removal of unwanted contents, arranged for the cleaning of the house, and also arranged for maintenance of the front and back yards. The appeal of the property was undoubtedly limited, however Sandy was able to find a purchaser and the property was sold prior to auction. I would happily recommend Sandy Morris to any person wishing to sell their house.
