Exceptional service with a personal approach!

We first flagged the idea of selling our property with Tahlia a few months before we actually decided to go through with it. Tahlia put together some market information and where our property sat within it, she came to our home to discus everything saving us time and gave us a great breakdown of the selling options and expectations. Tahlia had clearly put a lot of effort into this but wasn't pushy, she appreciated it was a big decision and wanted us to be comfortable with making that decision in our own time. When we decided to sell some months later we gave her the property to sell without hesitation. We have a bit of experience in buying/selling having 6 investment properties at one stage and it's refreshing to find a real estate agent who genuinely puts their clients' interests before their own. The selling process was easy, Tahlia managed some works to the property including having it fully repainted prior to sale and this was seamless and efficient. Tahlia ultimately sold the property for about $15k more than we expected but exactly what we hoped for. This couldn't have been a better sale experience and I would recommend Tahlia without reservation.
