Our experience was of RELIEF and AWE!!

We have been in our country family home for 31 yrs. We have raised 3 children and have created countless treasured memories with family and friends. It is now time to move on....... Wayne gave us hope and put our minds at ease. Wayne's knowledge of the market and local area comes from his roots, his values, passion, and skills. Wayne gave our home an appraisal we were delighted with. He found our purchaser. We are still in awe of the result!! Wayne is down to earth, approachable and genuine. He is professional, dedicated and respectful (he has the interest of the vendor and the purchaser in mind.) It is with deep gratitude to Wayne and his team (especially Meryl) for making this experience less daunting than we expected. The 'COMING SOON' sign was a blessing which resulted in 2 private viewing days prior to our open house. We actually received 2 offers from these private viewings. We only needed to host ONE 'Open House' to our delight and relief. We achieved a fantastic outcome! We would recommend Wayne to get the job done, achieve a FANTASTIC RESULT and do the right thing!!
