Good afternoon Ben, I am writing to say a very big Thank You for the work you and Anthony did in selling Bird Place. Allan and I were both very impressed with your assistance, advice and professionalism. From our first meeting you had your finger on the pulse, knowing the price range we could expect without being unrealistic. Other Agents inflated the amount we could expect to obtain in the hope that greed would get the better of us. The courtesy you showed our tennant is also appreciated and lines of communication were always open. We appreciate your directness and honesty which ultimately resulted in a quick and fair sale.
