A stress-free transaction

Tracey has been managing the renting of my property in Scarborough since 2012. Tracey and her team have been keeping me up-to-date with any issues or required maintenance, conducted periodical inspections with photo-supported reports, and advised best course of action as needed. My questions were promptly attended to; Tracey often contacted me herself for anything more complex. I have no reservation in using My Property Shop again to manage properties. When it was time to sell, I asked Tracey for her market assessment of comparable properties which, on conducting my own research, I found to be quite accurate. She then advised me on the process of selling as well as the appropriate advertised price. Tracey was communicative throughout the sale period, and was very clear about her responsibility versus the conveyancer's. She was patient in explaining the differences in the rules and process of selling properties in QLD, versus NSW which I am familiar with. Overall, my property sale went through smoothly, in a minimal timeframe. Very happy with the result and help from Tracey.
