For anyone reading this and are considering selling your home , please take my advise and let Nicole sell your home for you . Not only was she the most considerate and understanding agent we have ever dealt with , she also, always , had our best interest at heart. Nothing was ever a problem, and when she said she would be there she always was. She returned our emails and messages almost immediately and was a pleasure to speak to. Apart from all that she is simply a lovely lady who is very thorough in her job and made selling our home a breeze. Add to that the unbelievable price we achieved for our home in a space of 10 days.
