Overall excellent

Michael's superior knowledge of the local market was demonstrated when he introduced potential purchasers to the property prior to it being listed on the market, achieving a contract at 96.6% of the asking price. Michael maintained a line of communication with us (vendors) as the contract progressed through the attached conditions achieving settlement on the due date.
