Five Star Property Management

My Place have managed our property since 2018 . In that time we have had 4 tenants. Our first tenant was difficult and My Place were tenacious in recovering the monies due . They are also extremely responsible in doing regular inspections of the property and providing detailed reports. They are always extremely prompt and professional in follow up to inquiries and handling tradesman on our behalf. Monthly statements are always timely and detailed. The teams staff are always very obliging , respectful and helpful. As we now reside 5 hours from Sydney we feel confident leaving the management of our apartment in their capable hands .
