So, we waited two years til now and asked Peter from MyProperty Sydney—who was already managing our other investment property—to sell this one. Peter’s market knowledge was evident from Day 1; he delivered a comprehensive appraisal promptly, allowing us to move forward efficiently. Peter was always reachable, followed through on every commitment, and delivered every time. Thanks to his dedicated effort, we received an offer after the very first Wednesday evening open house, which was truly beyond our expectations! Peter also used his expertise to negotiate with the buyer, encouraging them to increase their offer to meet us halfway. This was just before the Federal Budget was announced in May 2026, when the market had slowed significantly and buyers were hesitant. Consequently, securing a buyer and successfully selling our property was an unbelievable result. Communication was flawless—day and night, seven days a week, we were kept informed every step of the way. Peter was always available for advice, even regarding contract amendments. We found his help and knowledge invaluable and instrumental in reaching settlement smoothly and stress-free. Another highlight was how Peter handled our investment property, which had a very difficult tenant and less effective property management. Peter navigated and persevered through the challenges brought forward by the tenant and the property management, always maintaining a very professional manner. If it weren’t for Peter, our property would likely still be on the market, or we may have been pressured to reduce the sale price significantly.
