Brendan sold us our first home. During the 10+ years of owning it, through Brendan we kept a pulse on the market and our property value. When the time came to sell that property we knew Brendan would be the right man to sell it. We signed up on a Saturday and there was an offer made Monday. There was no fuss, Brendan took the time with us answering questions and was done. The property sold for more than we expected, and in 2 days. Behind the scene Jill (Brendan's, let's say office manager) was amazing. Jill kept us up to date with emails and phone calls informing us where everything was at, and what would happen next. Jill was always a pleasure to deal with and a unique sense of humour always kept me entertained. Brendan's efficient nature and professionalism is a testament to his success.
